This fragrant rice is made with fresh grated Coconut and tempered with Mustard seeds, Red Chilli, Mace, Curry leaves, Ginger, Salt, Coconut oil.
 It goes well with all the curries but more particularly with Ambot tik (Prawn curry), Tomato dal, Fish fry.
