Introducing Indrahar - A dish that is supposedly offered to Lord Indra - who is the king of gods according to Hindu mythology. Also, the God of rain. This dish from Rewa in Madhya Pradesh (Central India) is offered to Indra, mainly when there is less rainfall, and you are trying to please the God of rain.

It’s a savoury steamed cake made of 5 different lentils and can be served in many ways. Fried gently and served with our much-loved green chutney, it becomes a fantastic snack, but we are d it as a vegan curry for our heat-at-home collection.

It's Vegan & gluten-free, super healthy, and delicious, and we bet you cannot stop eating.

Ingredients - Green gram, pigeon pea, chana dal, red lentil, black gram, green chilli, ginger, turmeric, cumin seed, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, tomato, onion, cinnamon, kauri methi, green coriander, garam masala, black pepper, vegetable oil
